Each cabin has 1 free dock space / Additional dock spaces ... $50 per boat
Deposits:
Deposits must be made within 7 days
of reservation. A confirmation will follow. On all repeat reservations,
the deposit must be paid at time of departure on your cabin or you
will take the risk that it will be gone. If you cancel your reservation
before Feb. 1st, you will be refunded your deposit minus 20%. After
Feb. 1st, deposits will be returned, with a 20% charge, only if
cabin is rebooked at the same price. If cabin is rebooked at a lower
rate, that amount will be deducted from your deposit along with
a 20% office charge... if it is not rebooked you will lose your
whole deposit.

Amenities
at Edgewood:
Hydra bikes, canoes, kayaks,
life preservers, aqua jump, campfires, 
gas grills and lots of deck, lawn and beach chairs. You may also have
access to wireless internet access and fax machine however we no longer
have a pay telephone and suggest you bring your own cell phones as we
cannot tie up our line.
NOT FREE:
We do not provide personal towels,
soap, kitchen towels and most cleaners. We also do not provide paper goods,
including toilet paper, paper towels or garbage bags.
SORRY,
NO DOGS:
We love pets, but bad experiences
have forced us to say "no". You may bring cats, birds, ferrets,
hamsters... no dogs, please! You will be asked to take them to the local
pet housing and you may visit your dog daily at the kennel.
CHECK-IN
AND CHECK-OUT POLICY:
We also have to be very strict on
check-in time. We need the seven hours to see that your cabin is properly
cleaned with no interruptions. Check in time is 4:00 pm for all cabins.
Check-out time is 9:00 am.
SMALL
COMPANY GET-A-WAYS:
We welcome daily conferences or brainstorming
sessions with organizations or companies, but we cannot furnish meals.
A local caterer may be a possibility. As of 2001 we have a 3 story unit
(New #1) that will sleep up to 21 persons, have two complete kitchens,
air conditioning, hot tub, computer station, big screen TV and much, much
more! Call us for more information to be sent to you.
In the 17 years we have owned Edgewood, it has gone through many changes. We are striving to achieve a nice family-oriented atmosphere. Friendliness and hospitality is our goal.
